Lonely Luggage Delivery

Terms of use

Last updated October 29, 2026. The rules for using the Lonely Luggage Delivery app.

These terms apply to the Lonely Luggage Delivery mobile app and its related services (the “Service”), operated by Lonely Luggage Delivery Inc. (“Lonely Luggage”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy.

1. Who can use the Service

The Service is for airline staff and drivers who work with Lonely Luggage and whose accounts have been approved by us. You must be at least 18. We may approve, refuse, suspend or remove access at our discretion, for example when you no longer work on Lonely Luggage operations.

2. Your account

3. Using the Service

You agree to:

Driving safety: drivers must never use the app while the vehicle is moving. Log steps, take photos and read messages only when safely stopped, and always follow traffic laws and airline and airport rules.

4. Location and photos

If you are a driver, you agree that the app shares your location with the team while you are on an active run, including in the background, and that seal photos you take are stored and shown to approved users as delivery records.

5. Information in the Service

Arrival times are estimates based on location and traffic data from third parties and may not be accurate. Live location depends on your phone’s signal and settings. Use the Service as a tool alongside your normal procedures, not as a guarantee.

6. Third-party services

The Service uses third-party services, including Google Maps. Your use of maps features is also subject to Google’s terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

7. Ownership

The Service, its design, software and the Lonely Luggage name and logo belong to Lonely Luggage Delivery Inc. and its licensors. Delivery records created in the Service belong to Lonely Luggage. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the app for your work with Lonely Luggage.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see Delete account). We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or no longer need access. Sections 5, 7, 9, 10 and 11 continue after your access ends.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent allowed by law, we make no warranties of any kind, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or always accurate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Lonely Luggage will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, let you know in the app. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated terms.

13. Apple and Google

These terms are between you and Lonely Luggage, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google have no obligation to provide support for the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
