My request is still waiting for approval
Requests are usually reviewed within one business day. If it has been longer, email us from the address you signed up with.
I forgot my password

Airline staff
Which truck am I loading?
When you sign in, the app lists trucks picking up in your city, with the next one first. Choose the truck you are loading and tap Confirm. You can change it any time from Change truck on Home or from your Account screen.
I can’t update the bag count for a truck
You can only update bag counts for trucks picking up in your city, and only until the driver confirms the load at pickup. After that the counts are final. Trucks from other cities can be tracked but are updated by their own crews.
How do I request a truck?
Tap Request truck, choose the pickup, any stops and the destination, the date and time and the estimated bags for each drop-off, then send. The Lonely Luggage team confirms the truck and assigns a driver; you can follow the status in Trucks, Requested.
Drivers
Location sharing isn’t working
The app shares your location only while you are on a run, starting when you log Leave at the pickup. Set location access to Always (iPhone: Settings, Lonely Luggage, Location; Android: Settings, Apps, Lonely Luggage, Permissions, Location, Allow all the time) so tracking continues with your screen locked.
My seal photo or step didn’t send
With poor signal, steps and photos are saved on your phone and sent automatically when signal returns. Keep the app installed and signed in until they show as sent.
I’m not getting notifications
Allow notifications for Lonely Luggage in your phone settings and make sure you are signed in. Notifications tell you when a truck is assigned, when a pickup time changes and when there are new team messages.
Safety first: never use the app while the truck is moving. Log steps only when you are safely stopped.
