Delete your account in the app

1. Open Lonely Luggage Delivery and sign in.Use the account you want to delete.
2. Open Account settings.Tap your initials in the top right corner of the Home screen.
3. Tap Delete account.It is at the bottom of Account settings.
4. Confirm.Tap Delete account again to confirm. You are signed out and your account is deleted.

Deleting your account is permanent. If you need the app again later, you can send a new access request.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in details
• Your name, email address, city and airline or driver ID
• Your notification tokens and the truck you were loading

What is kept

Delivery records are kept as business records for Lonely Luggage’s operational, contractual and legal needs: trucks and their times, bag counts, seal photos, run steps and team messages. Your name on these records is replaced with “Deleted user”.

How long it takes

Your account is deleted and you are signed out straight away. Remaining copies are removed from backups within 30 days.

Can’t open the app?

Email us from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm by email once it is done.
